Selling an apartment that was designed
Most brokers photograph a considered apartment the same way they photograph everything else. That is the whole reason we exist.
We come and look
One of us comes over, walks the apartment properly and asks what it was actually like to live in. It takes about an hour and costs nothing.
We give you a number and our reasoning
A written valuation with the comparable sales it rests on, so you can argue with it. We would rather be challenged early than be wrong in public.
We photograph it in the right light
We book the photographer for the hour your apartment is best, which for a north-facing line can mean waiting three weeks for the light to come round.
We write it, not a template
Every listing is written from the visit, not from the floor plan. If a room is awkward we say so — buyers find out at the showing anyway, and trust is worth more than one extra appointment.
We run it through to closing
Showings are accompanied. For a co-op we prepare the board package with you and tell you weekly where it stands, including when there is nothing to report.
Request a valuation
Tell us where it is and roughly what it is. We will come and look.
