How we work
Only clinicians treat.
Every treatment in this practice is performed by a nurse practitioner, physician associate or nurse injector. There is no junior tier and nothing is delegated.
We plan in millimetres.
The consultation is longer than the treatment. We map the face at rest and in movement before anything is opened.
We will tell you when the answer is nothing.
Some consultations end without a booking. That is the service working, not failing.

That is the first thing we plan against. We would rather do less and see you again in three weeks than take something back.
About forty minutes, and you are not committed to treating on the day. We do not treat at a first visit.
Most of our consultations are first visits. Nothing is booked before we have met and looked at your skin in daylight.
