PRACTICE — 01
One balance sheet, one set of hands. We hold the whole picture so that no single decision gets made in isolation from the rest of it.

Every family is held by two people who know the file and answer the phone. Nothing is routed through a call centre, and nobody inherits your account because a quota moved. The second person exists so that continuity does not depend on one person's health or holidays.

Liquidity, obligations, and the things that would be sold badly under pressure. Portfolios come after that, because a portfolio built without knowing when the money is needed is a guess wearing a spreadsheet.
Many of the families we work with hold one asset that dwarfs the others — a company, a building, a block of stock they cannot or will not sell. We treat that as a fact to plan around rather than a problem to argue about.

Fee-only. We are paid by our clients and by no one else.
